Common Issues

Account & Login Issues

I can't log into my account

Solution:

  1. Check that you're using the correct email address
  2. Try resetting your password using the "Forgot Password" link
  3. Clear your browser cache and cookies
  4. Try logging in from an incognito/private window
  5. Check if your account has been temporarily suspended

I'm not receiving password reset emails

Solution:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder
  2. Add help@zazatechnologies.com to your contacts
  3. Wait 10-15 minutes for the email to arrive
  4. Try requesting a new reset email
  5. Contact support if you still don't receive it

Teacher Suite Issues

Lesson plans aren't generating correctly

Possible causes & solutions:

  • Check that you've selected the correct grade level and subject
  • Ensure your topic is specific enough (e.g., "Fractions" vs. "Math")
  • Try breaking complex topics into smaller subtopics
  • Check your internet connection for stability
  • Refresh the page and try again

Parent messages aren't saving

Solution:

  1. Make sure you're connected to the internet
  2. Don't navigate away from the page while saving
  3. Check that your message meets minimum length requirements
  4. Try saving a shorter message first
  5. Clear browser cache if the issue persists

Close Suite Issues

Contact import failed

Solution:

  • Check that your CSV file has the required columns (Name, Email)
  • Ensure file size is under 10MB
  • Remove any special characters from contact names
  • Verify email addresses are in valid format
  • Try importing a smaller batch first

Email suggestions aren't relevant

Solution:

  1. Update your contact information with more context
  2. Set your industry and role preferences
  3. Provide feedback on suggestions to improve AI learning
  4. Use more specific subject lines
  5. Include previous conversation context

Technical Issues

Page is loading slowly

Solution:

  • Check your internet connection speed
  • Close other browser tabs to free up memory
  • Clear browser cache and cookies
  • Try using a different browser

Features are missing or not working
