Common Issues
Account & Login Issues
I can't log into my account
Solution:
- Check that you're using the correct email address
- Try resetting your password using the "Forgot Password" link
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try logging in from an incognito/private window
- Check if your account has been temporarily suspended
I'm not receiving password reset emails
Solution:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Add help@zazatechnologies.com to your contacts
- Wait 10-15 minutes for the email to arrive
- Try requesting a new reset email
- Contact support if you still don't receive it
Teacher Suite Issues
Lesson plans aren't generating correctly
Possible causes & solutions:
- Check that you've selected the correct grade level and subject
- Ensure your topic is specific enough (e.g., "Fractions" vs. "Math")
- Try breaking complex topics into smaller subtopics
- Check your internet connection for stability
- Refresh the page and try again
Parent messages aren't saving
Solution:
- Make sure you're connected to the internet
- Don't navigate away from the page while saving
- Check that your message meets minimum length requirements
- Try saving a shorter message first
- Clear browser cache if the issue persists
Close Suite Issues
Contact import failed
Solution:
- Check that your CSV file has the required columns (Name, Email)
- Ensure file size is under 10MB
- Remove any special characters from contact names
- Verify email addresses are in valid format
- Try importing a smaller batch first
Email suggestions aren't relevant
Solution:
- Update your contact information with more context
- Set your industry and role preferences
- Provide feedback on suggestions to improve AI learning
