Data in transit is encrypted with TLS; data at rest uses AES-256 where applicable.

We work with established hosting providers and prefer EU or EEA data residency where feasible for customer workloads.

Least-privilege access controls, environment separation, and audit logging are used for sensitive systems and operational changes.

Data Handling

We collect only the information needed to deliver the service. Student or classroom data is processed only when a user intentionally provides it inside a product workflow.

Backups & Continuity

Backups are performed on a regular schedule, and restoration procedures are reviewed so critical systems can be recovered with minimal disruption.
